Brief Introduction:
According to different materials, Rotary packing machine can be divided into three different configurations and applications. They are applied to granular, powder and liquid materials respectively. When rotary packing machine is equipped with screw feeder system. This equipment is specialized in powder, such as milk power, coffee powder, grape sugar, washing powder, bean powder, tea powder, protein powder, Spice Powder, seasoning powder, chemistry condiment, refined sugar, pesticide, fertilizer, etc. This premade bag packing machine is suitable for automatic packaging of small packaging bags, medium bags, small metering strip bags of various powder and granular products. This equipment can also be combined with secondary packaging machine or carton box packing machine to form a secondary packaging production line. The production line can improve production efficiency and save labor costs.

Features:
1. The whole machine has eight-station or ten-station structure, and the operation is controlled by PLC and large-screen touch screen. The operation is simple and convenient.
2. Supporting fault automatic tracking alarm system, real-time display of operating status.
3. The mechanical empty bag tracking and detection device can realize the bag opening, blanking and sealing.
4. The main drive system adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation control, full cam transmission, stable operation and low failure rate.
5. The design of the whole machine complies with GMP standards and has passed CE certification.
